4.1 Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion.
4.2 Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the model withdrawal form attached in Section 5 for this purpose; however, this is not mandatory.
4.3 Observing the Deadline
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the period.
4.4 Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract was received by us. For this refund, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed upon. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.
If you requested that the services should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point when you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
4.5 Note on Premature Start of Services
If online bookings or memberships are to be activated before the expiry of the withdrawal period, an additional separate express request by the consumer for a premature start of services as well as clean documentation of this process is recommended.
